Walking tour of Ostuni , the white city, famous for its Romanesque Cathedral, its alleys, its lime walls and its typical gastronomy: one of the local products is extra virgin olive oil, in fact, it is possible to organize a visit to the olive mill to discover all the secrets of this essential element in our cuisine.
The tour starts from the square and then continuing up through the narrow streets full of artisan shops you get to the belvedere from which to admire all the landscape of the Itria valley. From the terraces you will be able to see the expanse of olive trees until seeing the ocean.
