For the Flight of the Angel zip-wire, no refund is provided in case of cancellation by the customer. In case of suspension due to bad weather, customers can choose a new date or receive an open replacement voucher valid for 24 months. Present the voucher at the ticket office on the day of the experience to access the activity.

To complete all preliminary flight operations, you must arrive 1 hour earlier at the ticket office of the departure flight.

The activity takes place in a mountain environment: weather conditions can vary, with possible thunderstorms. In case of bad weather, flights may be suspended.

Rules for single flights: minimum age 14 years; weight between 40 and 120 kg; minimum height 135 cm.

Rules for tandem flights: minimum height 135 cm; maximum total weight 150 kg (including clothing); maximum weight difference 40 kg; minors under 14 only with an adult (minimum weight 35 kg). Weight control is carried out at the ticket office.
