• The transfer service will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 15 participants. If this number is not reached, a full refund will be issued.

• Cancellation or Postponement Due to Adverse Weather Conditions:
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or thunderstorms, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the excursion to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

• Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to: ota@martulliviaggi.com
- A full refund will be granted only if the cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the scheduled departure date of the tour. Otherwise, the full cost of the tour will be charged.

• Cancellation Within 3 Days of Departure:
- If the cancellation occurs within 3 days of the tour's departure date, 100% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty. This policy ensures the reservation of services and covers any costs already incurred.

The transfer service is guaranteed only with a minimum of 15 participants. If this number is not reached, the customer will receive a full refund.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and, subsequently, a detailed program with all schedules, meeting points, and useful logistical information.

The reduced price is reserved for children up to 145 cm in height.

The ticket does not include any reserved seating in the concert area of Melpignano. Access is free and subject to availability.

Punctuality at departure points is strongly recommended; the bus will not wait for latecomers. The return trip will take place immediately after the end of the concert; travel time may vary depending on traffic.
